He arrives in Brisbane on BENDIGO on 17 February 1936. He enlists for the Royal Australian Air Force on 22 July 1942 in Brisbane. He is then living in Camp Hill.
He is naturalised British Subject at enlistment (Naturalisation Certificate A.4781 dated 23 July 1940).
