Target: Armed recco of roads N. of ROME. 8-10/10 strato. cu. cloud covered the whole area but two a/a bombed in clear gaps - one bombing lights on coast near FURBARA (F3281) straddling road and ... railway and the other bombing M/T at CAPRAMICA with good results. Other aircraft succeeded to find bombing targets including lights at AVEZZANO and TERRACINA. Intense H.F. reported from VELLETRI.
