Details
Squadron led by S/Ldr. Carlson take off as escort to Spit Bombers of 152 Squadron to attacks tanks which were reported to have broken through near Boja. Operation a fiasco. Spit Bombers returned with bombs and S/Ldr. Carlson led 7 of our aircraft over towards Cap Serrat where enemy aircraft had been reported. Nothing was seen.
