Ramrod 48. 12 a/c took off to be escorts to bombers who were to bomb Rouen marshalling yrds. Bombers did not make rendezvous at Beachy Head as planned. After waiting abt. 10 mins. for them they were ordered to patrol Le Treport and Fecamp, after which they returned to base. Trip was uneventful.
