8 a/c led by Major Gran took off from base to sweep the area ROUEN-NEUCHATEL. 6 barges observed on line astern formation across River SEINE at VAL-DE-HAYE. The a/c were met with intense light flak in this area. P/V sign seen displayed in field area PERRUEL. All a/c returned to base without incident.
