Details
Bomber escort to 12 Mitchell detailed to bomb Oldenburg. Rendezvous according to plan over Cloppenburg at 19.00 hrs. Bombing appeared quite good and fierce fires were burning when the bombers left. No enemy opposition was met neither in the air or in the ground and all our a/c returned safely to base.
