The Squadron carried out 3 Armed Recce/Fighter Sweeps in the MASELUNNE/NIENBURG area. Those proved to be uneventful. Three aircraft returned early with engine trouble. 1 escort mission was ordered and aircraft could not complete this mission due to the non appearance of the Dakota which was to be escorted.
