Bombed at 2008 hrs., from 14,000 ft., heading 200° (M) through 3-5/10ths cloud. Visibility was poor due to haze and smoke. Target was visually identified and target indicator flares were seen over target area. Many bomb bursts were observed, and fires were seen burning in target area. Returned to Topcliffe.
