Task WILHELMSHAVEN. Primary target attacked at 2014 hrs from 15,000 ft, identified by green marker flares steady on DR, and marker flares over the target. Bombs not seen to explode. Three big flares lit up underside of cloud for periods of about 3 minutes each. DR compass U/S and therefore mark XIV bomb sight U/S. Slight moderate heavy flak, faily accurate. One photo atttempted. Bomb load 3 x T.I green flares, 6 x 4 flares, 3 x 500 GP, 1 x 4,000 lb.
