Anker Grønning Jensen

(1916 - 1985)

Anker Grønning Jensen is born on 4 January 1916 in Holstebro, Denmark. [1]

He is at sea before the war. He arrives in New York from Copenhagen on-board the SS EUROPA. On-board are also Svend Frederik Clement, Tage Friis Christensen and Arne Nicolajsen, who later also volunteers for the Royal Norwegian Forces. [2]

He volunteers for the Royal Norwegian Air Force and is in service in camp Litte Norway in Canada.
