Danish WW2 Pilots

The nucleus of this site is the individual profiles of each person I have been able to find that was in air force service during the war. The profiles can be accessed though the alphabetical index.

Kaj Høyer served as 3rd Officer on-board a Danish ship requisitioned in South Africa in 1940. In late 1942, volunteered for the South African Air Force. He was trained as navigator end served in RAF 205 Grp in Italy was killed in action on 13 July 1944.

Henry Gordon Francis Larsen

While it is certain that Henry Gordon Francis Larsen was in service in the Royal Air Force during the Second World War, I am not certain that he was in fact Danish born as his family name could suggests.

Alf Aggersbøl

One of a number of Danish officers enlisting for Luftwaffe in 1941, Alf Aggersbøl apparently fails to be accepted for active service. He returns to the Army Air Corps.

Berg Skaftved Jensen

Berg Skaftved Jensen is born in Denmark. He serves in the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War as Aero Engine Mechanic. He is naturalised before enlistment.
