Henning Pedersen volunteers for the Royal Air Force during the Second World War, but wins distinction in No. 489 (RNZAF) Squadron and No. 279 Squadron.

Gustav F. Brodersen is one of two officers of the Army Air Force who are on 9 April 1940 when Luftwaffe attacks the Værløse airfield north of Copenhagen.

Jens A. Norgaard

Jens A Norgaard is born in the Danish West Indies in 1916 shortly before the transfer of the island to United States. On D-Day he is the lead pilot of the Marauder attacks on Utah beach supporting the landing. He is then a U.S. Citizen.

Peter Nikolaj Brandt-Møller

Peter Nikolaj Brandt-Møller joins the Army Air Corps in 1934. In 1944-45 he is one of the Danish pilots trained in Sweden as part of DANFORCE.
